But this can reduce the amount of tan you will get at the same time.
For those who are strictly interested in dark looks taken on after spending time outdoors, there are oils and other products that are better suited to those needs. That is not saying that you cannot find ones that also offer a layer of protection. Just that it will probably not be as high as some of the others out there.
