No matter how small the portion of rice is in your meal, it is still a significant part of your meal. Without it you would feel as if your meal is incomplete and your stomach is not quite full. Maybe one should be looking at the foods that they were eating back then and what people now a days are eating or better yet what is in the food that everyone is consuming that lessen the life span and makes one ever so prone to diseases.

Health and nutrition cannot be replaced and is the most important thing that everyone should cherish. Especially for the children of the family, vegetables and rice is especially important for their growth and health.

Another factor regarding a fully cooked meal, is that it taste way better than the instant food or processed goods. For two reasons, first since you are the one making it you can shape the recipe to fit your own preference. Second is that everything that you put effort in always taste better than something you quickly placed in the microwave.

This is big reason enough to invest more on a healthy lifestyle and a big factor in that is the food that one eats on a daily basis. It may come with a price, but when you think about all the positive impact that it brings in ones life, you would surely believe that it is worth it. Not only can you function fully but also, you get to live free sicknesses and illnesses.
