Students who have acquired the basic entrepreneurial skills undertake to use their skills in eliminating poverty within the specified society. Community entrepreneurship helps in coming up with the best foundations of developing a successful enterprise. In the long run it helps in sparking greater economic growth in the subject economy.
The project is a set of community economic empowerment program aimed establishing small sized enterprises in the society to help solve their micro problems. The whole project involves different trainings being given to a set of student to equip them with basic skills which they may use constructively to achieve both long term and short run objectives.
The skills acquired so far are the entrepreneurial skills in relation to the corporate social responsibility and a healthy economic growth and development. The knowledge of the social responsibility assists the student with the expertise of a deeper understanding of the society need and preferences as a well as mood.
The social responsibility in particular is aimed at improving the social welfare of the society. This can be achieved through such activities like having social events, setting up social training centers where the people can be trained on the basic survival skills. By having such centers ensure that mainly the youth do not engage on the activities that are contrary to the moral standards of the society.
The skills on the social responsibility on offer in this training, concern about how social aspect of the society can be improved. These include how to raise living standard and offering the commodities that specifies the consumer demand. It also involves the activities like market research, marketing strategies to identify the most urgent requirement of the society.
A society where people are not empowered academically is a fallen society. The achievement of long term economic development and growth calls for the need to have people of the school going age given the opportunity to explore their mental capability. Students of school going age commonly drop out of schools due to lack of school fee.
This should be the first step to find the long term solutions to the problems that affect the society. The students should be given free and full term scholarships to enable them access education without any interruption. By doing that an urgent urge is created on the minds of the students and with the knowledge they obtain they are capable of engaging in productive activities that will lead to economic growth.
The long term planning revolves around the education sector, provision of basic services and goods like the clean water project, construction of roads where the government has failed or unable to provide and the different type of investments and development projects to empower both the youth and the old. This reduces the dependency level and social injustices in the society.
